Jess is a facilitator, transformation designer and live scribe with nearly ten years’ experience delivering design thinking events all over the world, from Dubai to Zurich. Jess specialises in energetic facilitation, holding space for diverse groups of stakeholders solving complex problems. She has a specific interest in the third sector, designing and delivering events for charities, trusts, and educational institutions.


Jess is also an award-winning theatre director and screenwriter, represented by international creative agency Curtis Brown. She has directed work at the Almeida Theatre, Soho Theatre, the Edinburgh Festival, for BBC Radio 4 and in the West End, among others. She is currently developing two original TV series, and a new musical for the West End.
